Cognitive computing is not an IBM “fraud”!

In February, a couple of weeks ago, Dr. Roger Schank castigated IBM. Accusing IBM of “fraud”, Dr Schank asserted “they are not doing “cognitive computing” no matter how many times they say they are”.
